Overview
We are looking for an individual that would like the opportunity to train under the Customer Services Practitioner - Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
* Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
* Analyse customer feedback and trends to improve service quality.
* Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall service delivery.
* This role will work with both our in-store and on-line clients.
