Role Overview
As a front of house manager, you will lead with passion, supporting and coaching your team to deliver excellent service, while managing restaurant performance and results.
Responsibilities
* Support and develop your team to maintain high standards
* Plan and run shifts effectively, ensuring proper staffing and team engagement
* Manage labour, rotas, and understand financial performance
* Celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs
Requirements
