Your role and responsibilities In our dynamic team as a Project Administrator / Project Support, where no two days are the same and your contributions make a real impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive, and detail-focused individual to provide vital support to senior managers and stakeholders across a range of fast-paced initiatives. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll help monitor timelines, manage documentation, schedule meetings, and support communications, all while helping to solve day-to-day challenges. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is quick to learn, and loves being the glue that holds things together behind the scenes. If you're someone who enjoys juggling priorities, bringing structure to complexity, and making a visible impact, this is the role for you. Required technical and professional expertise * Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and teams across multiple projects. * Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools and systems. * Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions. * Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and reports to support reporting and governance. * Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
