As a Dining Virtual Concierge you will not only share your passion for all things dining with your teammates but most importantly use your knowledge to help our members secure the best tables according to their preferences whilst meeting deadlines. Some requests will be straight forward such as checking availability and making bookings. Others, however, will be more unusual and will require tenacity and excellent problem-solving skills. You will use your knowledge, contacts and expertise to ensure our service is delivered the highest standard. Last but not least, you will be working in one of the most vibrant and colorful teams where boredom is never on the menu!
Management of Members’ Requests
1. Acknowledge and respond to requests within deadlines, ensuring member needs are met.
2. Liaise with members, suppliers, and staff to provide high-quality responses.
3. Resolve requests resourcefully and seek opportunities to exceed expectations.
4. Conduct research for atypical jobs.
Relationship Building
5. Ask open questions to understand member needs and encourage service utilization.
6. Gather and relay member feedback to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Maintain high service standards throughout the member journey and negotiate with restaurants for bookings.
Administration
8. Keep accurate, real-time records of member requests to avoid confusion.
9. Ensure commission-generating requests are invoiced correctly.
Member Satisfaction
10. Collaborate with the satisfaction team to enhance service levels.
11. Resolve customer care issues effectively and address feedback to improve processes.
12. Provide members confidence in alternate options when first choices are unavailable.
Supplier Relationships
13. Understand member needs and promote full service utilization.
14. Gather feedback to encourage repeated use of the service.
15. Maintain high standards of communication throughout the member journey.
Requirements
Essential:
16. Have the necessary work authorization to live and work in United Kingdom (no sponsorship possible).
17. Candidate is based in London and agrees to a Hybrid contract with at least 60% in office presence
18. Exceptional English language skills with at least C1-C2 proficiency
19. Exceptional customer service skills with experience in catering or hospitality.
20. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
21. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
22. Ability to build and maintain relationships with restaurants and culinary partners.
23. Passion for food and dining with knowledge of local culinary offerings.
Desirable:
24. Previous experience in lifestyle management, concierge services, or similar roles.
25. Knowledge of the local dining scene and culinary trends.
26. Fluency in another language is a plus.
