Job Description
A delivery-focused Digital Project Manager owning the orchestration of complex client implementations across brand platforms and AI-enabled tools. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you step into live projects and drive them through to successful delivery.
They are looking for a Digital Project Manager (FTC) to support the delivery of global platform and AI-enabled implementations. You will sit at the centre of delivery, coordinating across strategy, design, and engineering teams to ensure projects land successfully.
You will act as the main point of contact for clients, managing multiple live engagements and ensuring delivery is structured, on track, and aligned across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery of projects from kickoff through to launch and early post-launch support
* Translate client requirements into clear plans, timelines, and milestones
* Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery across scope, time, and quality
* Act as the day-to-day client lead across Product, Marketing, and IT stakeholders
* Work closely with client IT, IS, and security teams on hosting, deployment, and access
* Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners
* Manage plans, budgets, dependencies, and risks across concurrent projects
* Bring structure and governance to fast-paced delivery environments
Required Experience:
* 5+ years as a Digital or Technical Project Manager in agency, consultancy, or platform environments
* Strong track record delivering client-facing digital or platform implementations
* Comfortable managing technical conversations (hosting, deployments, integrations)
* Strong stakeholder management across technical and senior audiences
* Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
Desirable Experience:
* Exposure to Azure or AI-enabled platforms
* Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. CraftCMS)
* Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise environments
Key Information:
* Time in Office: 3 days onsite per week in central London office
* Start Date: Immediate
* Contract: 3–6 month FTC
