We are recruiting dedicated Education, Health & Care Assistants (EHCAs) for a well-established specialist setting in Plymouth. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines education, personal care, and healthcare support. You'll play a key role in helping pupils aged 219 thrive in a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils with a wide range of physical, learning, and medical needs
Assisting with classroom learning and behaviour support
Providing personal care, including toileting and feeding support
Delivering healthcare procedures under supervision (training provided)
Supporting individual communication and development plans
About You: Experience working with children or young people, ideally with SEND
A calm, caring, and resilient approach
Willingness to carry out personal care and health-related duties
Level 2 qualification (or higher) in education, health or care or relevant experience
Eager to learn and develop specialist skills
