As Transport Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily transport operations, ensuring shipments are planned, tracked, and communicated efficiently from start to finish. The Role: Work closely with Transport, Planning and Customer Service teams Process shipments using TSS (Trader Support Service) ensuring accurate customs documentation Book ferry crossings and manage transport schedules Monitor deliveries and provide ETA updates to customers Liaise with drivers, hauliers, ports and customers to ensure smooth movement of goods Manage and track Proof of Delivery (PODs), ensuring timely return and filing Raise and process invoices accurately in line with completed deliveries Maintain transport systems, logs and spreadsheets with up-to-date information Provide general administrative support within a busy transport office The Person: Previous administration experience (transport/logistics experience desirable) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using IT systems, spreadsheets and transport software Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks What's in it for you?
