Position: Trainee Teacher - Primary
Location: South Ockendon
Salary: £90-£120 per day
Contract: Full-time
Responsibilities:
* Curriculum Delivery: Lead and deliver lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher to ensure student progress and engagement.
* Support and Differentiation: Provide targeted support to individuals and groups, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
* Collaboration: Work with teachers and leaders on curriculum planning and development.
* Assessment and Reporting: Assist in assessing student progress and providing feedback.
* Behavioral Support: Implement positive behaviour strategies to foster an inclusive environment.
* Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning about best practices and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in any subject.
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant or with children is preferred, especially leading lessons and supporting diverse learners.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Initiative, adaptability, and passion for education.
