Head of Sales – Insurance required to lead and scale the sales operation for one of the fastest-growing insurance divisions in the UK. The role will drive performance across SME and Enterprise markets and build a sales engine with significant impact. Location: Leeds, Sheffield or Crewe (with travel across sites; hybrid working).

What you’ll be doing
* Lead and develop a team of 15+ (and growing) across multiple UK offices.
* Drive ambitious sales growth targets across SME and Enterprise.
* Embed a high-performance, KPI-driven culture with compliance at its core.
* Own lead generation strategy: inbound, outbound, referrals and partnerships.
* Work closely with marketing on digital journeys, campaigns, and online quote & buy solutions.
* Stay hands-on: support the team with technical sales, process improvements, pricing, and training.

* Strong knowledge across commercial motor and non-motor insurance.
* Experience selling into both SME and Enterprise clients.
