What You Will Do
Provide strong operational and practice leadership to social workers and support staff within the team.
Lead reflective supervisions, performance appraisals, and practice observations to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Offer oversight and direction for complex child protection and looked-after children cases, ensuring safe and timely decision-making.
Work closely with partner agencies to support integrated safeguarding and effective multi‑agency collaboration.
Drive service improvement, promote best practice, and ensure consistent compliance with statutory requirements.
Support staff development, manage HR processes, and foster a supportive environment that encourages staff retention and wellbeing.
