Massey Feeds is a PROGRESSIVE FAMILY business that CARES about its employees and customers. Our teams are PASSIONATE about the industry and the feed we produce. Farmers across the North of England TRUST us to manufacture high-quality animal feed to feed the animals that feed the nation.


Duties and Responsibilities Include

1. Answering phone calls from customers, suppliers, and sales representatives.
2. Serving customers at the front desk and processing payments.
3. Processing and amending sales orders received via email, phone, or in person.
4. Liaising with sales, transport, and production teams.
5. Order confirmations.
6. Invoicing and crediting customer accounts.
7. Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
8. Processing customer payments via cheque, card, and cash.
9. Performing general office administrative tasks.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.

Key Requirements

* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (preferred)
* Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Attention to detail and excellent team working skills
* Friendly and approachable in person and on the phone
* Proven experience in Customer Service
