Hours of Work
Fixed shifts Monday to Friday: 7am – 4pm.
Pay
£13.22 per hour.
Your Time at Work
* Pick and package raw lamb meat while following the process outlined by the supervisors of the department.
* Sort and organise the packaged products into relevant client trays, pallets or areas.
* Ensure that the end product is suitable and to the standard upheld by quality control.

* Maintain a culture of awareness and commitment to the highest standards of quality & food safety and as such must lead by example and report any risks or concerns to Technical immediately.
