Senior Advice and Information Officer

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay rate: £ 21.45 per hour

Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and information to clients on a range of services and support options.
* Manage and resolve complex queries and issues promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service processes.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Person Specification
* Proven experience in an advice and information role, preferably within a local government setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in using relevant IT systems and software.
