We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Vauxhall branch in Ayr.

What’s the job?
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t a conventional showroom job – you’ll showcase your customer service skills and enjoy a flexible, rewarding role that lets you be yourself.
As a Product Consultant, you’ll guide customers from the moment they walk through the door to the aftersales experience, helping them find the right car and building strong relationships along the way.
On an average day, you’ll be…
* Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
* Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service and going the extra mile for every customer
* Building and maintaining lasting and sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process
* Selling the right sales package – finance to servicing – with integrity and professionalism
* Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring smooth operations
* Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
* Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and honour commitments
* Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience

* Full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year

* On target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped earning potential
