Business Support Accounts Administrator
Pertemps Burton are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator based in Church Broughton, DE65 5.
Business Support Administrator Duties:
1. Document Management: Monitor and review inbound site paperwork and maintain accurate records of project documents.
2. Communication: Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients to support office and project operations.
3. Project Onboarding: Assist with the administrative setup of new projects, including collating customer information, completing internal checks, setting up on internal systems, and compiling information for site operations.
4. Project Billing: Assist in preparing and processing applications for payments and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
5. Accounts Administration: Raise customer sales invoices and monitor and assist with credit control.
6. General Administration: Support office operations, including ordering office supplies, raising purchase orders, and booking accommodation.
7. Back-Office Support: Provide efficient support to field operatives, remote workers, the workshop team, and directors.
Business Support Administrator Role Details:
* Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
* £27,000 per annum
* Permanent position
