Seasonal Store Colleague
This role supports the smooth running of the shop floor during the festive period, delivering the JD experience to customers.
Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic seasonal employees to join us this Christmas. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills and grow your career beyond the holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy Christmas period.
* Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
* Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe environment.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work well in a fast paced, team focused retail environment.
* Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.
Desirable Attributes
* Positive, welcoming attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
* Team player mindset, especially during peak festive trading hours.
* Proactive and energetic approach to delivering a great shopping experience.
Requirements
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
* Availability to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day.
