E-Commerce customer service administrator Working hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (open to flexibility on hours). 2 Location: Based in Hednesford, Staffordshire Job Role: Providing speedy customer service across a range of e-Commerce platforms (i.e website, eBay, Amazon, accounts). Processing and despatching orders on various platforms each day. Contonious customer liaison to keep them up to date regarding deliveries. Managing new projects for new enquiries Working with online sales manager to ensure various areas of the online business are up to date and regularly developing to continue growth in sales and traffic online. Opportunity to grow within the online business supporting in areas such as copywriting, market research, marketing and telesales.
