What you’ll do on a typical day: Administer the timely, safe, and accurate movement of vehicles and associated activities Maintain the integrity and accuracy of WMS/transport IT systems (Microlise, C Free, Tachomaster). Arrange despatch based on client routing guidelines, and booking via different carrier/client portals Effectively communicate issues within the Traffic Department, Operations and Business Management Collating daily reporting using Word and Excel What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience in a transport environment within e-commerce is essential Knowledge of transport legislation and European Working Time Directive as well as Tachomaster Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills IT literate, with excellent Word and Excel capabilities We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
