Project Manager

Employment Type: Full Time Employee

Salary on Offer: £50,000 per annum

Our Story

Back in 2017 we started delivering automation solutions to the market using RPA software from the leading global vendors. We landed customers and created value through these implementations. But we noticed gaps in these products, that frustrated us over and over, and reduced the overall value proposition to our customers. So, we decided that we’d challenge the market with a new product vision, and a customer offer, that was truly our own.

Nexbotix was reborn in February 2020, now as a product company. Our mission is to supercharge business processes with our own intelligent software bots. And the best bit? We have a pay-as-you-go, pay-as-you-grow, SaaS model. We don’t just sell our software! We hold our customers by the hand, and deliver results, through our end-to-end managed service proposition. Our differentiated approach ensures that our customers are engaged, empowered, and accelerated toward achieving ROI and success.

Our products eco-system is rapidly evolving. A core part of this is our proprietary Nexbotix Intelligent Automation Hub (NIAH). NIAH combines RPA, with AI, and ML capabilities. We are growing, listening to our customers, and building new cutting-edge capabilities to our offering. It’s what we do.

At Nexbotix we believe in adaptive, new-ways-of-working, in a culture of learning and agility. As we enter the next stage of our growth, we are revamping our customer onboarding approach. We are looking for more clock speed that gets our customer automations designed and deployed, in the optimal time window, to start delivering value and customer success.

Our Values

* People First: We have a deep respect for our colleagues and the work that they do, we champion diversity and celebrate our differences.
* Champion the Customer: Our customers are the lifeblood of our business, and we go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results for them.
* Collaboration Culture: We’re better together than we are alone, the combination of the skills and expertise within our team is our most powerful asset.
* Honesty is Our Policy: We are transparent and sincere to our colleagues, clients and partners and value the trust we build as a business.
* Agile Mentality: We flex and adapt to the needs of our customers with our can do, must win attitude.
* Be Bold: We embrace the adventure and push the boundaries, we’re not afraid to challenge the status quo.
* Always Learning: We know our work is never done so building knowledge is key to unlocking more success

The Role

Nexbotix is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our Intelligent Automation projects. In this role, you will be at the heart of managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that automation solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to strategic goals.

You will bring structure, clarity, and energy to every stage of the delivery lifecycle—from initial planning through to execution and post-deployment support. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment, and who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

As a Project Manager at Nexbotix, you will manage a varied portfolio of projects, ranging from smaller tactical automation initiatives to large-scale digital transformation programmes with budgets reaching into the hundreds of thousands. These projects span multiple industries, including but not limited to automotive, financial services, healthcare, logistics, and professional services. You'll work with stakeholders at all levels, from highly technical teams to business users with limited tech experience—requiring you to flex your communication style and approach accordingly.

This is a remote-based role, offering flexibility and autonomy, with the expectation of occasional travel to client sites and participation in internal company days or team meetups when needed.

About You

You are a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering technology projects that drive real business value. With a structured yet flexible approach, you excel at managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution and post-implementation support. You are comfortable leading cross-functional teams, coordinating multiple projects and workstreams, and ensuring that all are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high quality.

Collaboration is at the heart of how you work. You build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, business users, and executive sponsors both internally and externally. Your communication style is clear, confident, and tailored to your audience—whether you’re facilitating a steering meeting, running a daily stand-up, or resolving risks and blockers with delivery teams.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about using technology to solve problems, streamline processes, and improve how businesses operate. With experience across modern project delivery tools like Teamwork, Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday.com, and Trello, you bring both operational excellence and a mindset of continuous improvement to every project you lead.
