What You'll Be Doing

* Building and developing strong relationships with European road freight clients, maximising business opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service.
* Managing supplier relationships to secure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective transport solutions across Europe.
* Preparing competitive freight quotations for both import and export shipments.
* Handling operational administration, including creating job files, processing bookings, and issuing confirmations to suppliers.
* Coordinating all necessary transport and customs documentation, including post-Brexit customs clearance requirements.
* Monitoring European road freight shipments from collection through to successful delivery, ensuring smooth operations at every stage.
* Managing invoicing and completing shipment files accurately and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within European road freight forwarding.
* Strong understanding of post-Brexit European customs procedures and clearance processes.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build long-term client and supplier relationships.
* Proven ability to negotiate effectively and secure the best operational outcomes.
* Strong numerical skills with experience preparing accurate freight quotations.
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. xsngvjr
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general freight/logistics systems.
