Primary Care Networks (PCNs) have been created to facilitate delivery of more integrated care. By design they are small enough for relationships to flourish, but large enough to provide a broad scope of services.

Stafford Town PCN consists of 4 practices, Castlefields Surgery, Stafford Health & Wellbeing, Holmcroft Surgery and Wolverhampton Road Surgery.
