Why You’ll Love This Role: Daytime hours offering fantastic work–life balance £48-50K package benefits A chance to shape menus and bring fresh ideas to a growing brand Supportive, energetic team culture Hours: Full time, 5 days out of 7 — daytimes What You’ll Be Doing: Culinary Leadership Craft and develop menus that reflect the venue’s vision Ensure every dish hits the mark on flavour, consistency, and presentation Keep ahead of food trends and bring creativity to the kitchen Kitchen Management Run smooth, efficient day-to-day kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards Control stock, ordering, supplier relationships, and food costs Team Development Train, mentor, schedule, and support your kitchen team Lead by example, nurturing a culture built on respect, professionalism, and collaboration Financial & Operational Oversight Work with management on budgets and margin control Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy, quality-led kitchen Strong leadership and a passion for developing people Excellent knowledge of menu design, kitchen operations, and food safety Highly organised, calm under pressure, and exceptional at problem-solving Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to drive the business forward Due to the location you should ideally have your own transport.
