Essential requirements • Senior procurement or SRM experience in a digital or IT related setting • Strong understanding of contracts, service levels and performance measures • Confident working with senior stakeholders in a complex environment What you will be doing • Leading supplier relationship management across digital service areas including software, hardware, networks, cyber and wider service categories • Building structured approaches for key vendor relationships and ensuring clear ownership for performance, governance and escalation routes • Developing and maintaining contract plans, SRM frameworks and performance measures, then applying them across contract lifecycles • Working with internal stakeholders at senior level to plan future digital demand and link supplier performance to business needs • Supporting the design and delivery of sourcing, renewal or competition strategies for major digital suppliers • Working with international colleagues to align SRM practices and share insight across the wider procurement community • Helping uplift SRM capability by ...
