Description
We are embarking on a global business transformation, implementing a new technology solution (S/4 Hana and SAP Analytics Cloud) to enhance data insight, simplify processes, and foster collaboration. The role supports continuous improvement and effective implementation of these systems, serving as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions to enable informed financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stabilize & Drive Adoption of S4 HANA & SAC: Assess and address process inefficiencies, monitor KPIs, provide training, and promote system adoption across global units.
2. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, liaise with developers, implement enhancements, document requirements, support testing, and ensure global alignment.
3. Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, support dashboard creation within SAC.
4. Support Non-Adopting Business Units: Lead adoption efforts, support process design, and provide training and communication.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years in Finance, preferably with manufacturing financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
* Understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
* Operational experience in process improvement and change delivery.
* Experience with SAP S4 HANA (required), SAC (desirable), or similar tools.
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and deal with ambiguity.
