About You
Hold QTS/QTLS/PGCE with proven experience in SEN, inclusion, or learning support.
Skilled in delivering targeted literacy and/or numeracy support. A Level 5/7 SpLD qualification is desirable but not essential.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills with a nurturing, student-centred approach.
Flexible, adaptable, and committed to supporting learners with a wide range of needs.
