Formal qualifications You must state whether qualifications are �essential� or �desirable� Essential Evidence of all essential qualifications will be required ECDL or alternative computer competency qualification or demonstrated IT competency required. Clean current driving license. Must hold 3 GCSE�s (including English Language), or a recognised BTEC qualification, or alternatively must be able to demonstrate suitable experience. Desirable Welsh Language Level 2 to Level 5.
