Overview
This role requires you to have a valid UK driving license (points / convictions must be disclosed). A van will be provided for this role.
Responsibilities
* Joiner to undertake items of joinery repair and maintenance to both occupied and void properties in the Manchester area and across our housing stock.
* Order materials and complete repairs within specified timescales.
* Deliver skilled workmanship that keeps residents and homes safe, with a positive, friendly and polite approach toward customers.
* Provide an excellent level of customer service while working to high standards of efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.
* Work as part of the Asset Management Team within the DLO to support reactive repairs and planned maintenance across Jigsaw Homes Group.

Employment Details
Jigsaw Homes Group offers 24 days holiday per year, plus 3 days for Christmas closure (5 day working week), plus bank holidays, plus additional days after 2 years continuous service (to a maximum of 5 days). You may have the option to buy/sell up to 5 days of extra leave per year. Working hours typically finish at 4.15pm Monday-Thursday and 2.30pm on Fridays, providing a good work/life balance.
