Salary: Up to £65,000 + 10% bonus
We’re looking for a Network Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing engineering team while staying hands‑on with networking projects.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers, reporting directly to senior management.
* Drive network deployment projects, design, and configuration.
* Apply advanced networking expertise (CCNP/CCIE desirable) to support and deliver complex solutions.
* Balance hands‑on technical work with team leadership and management responsibilities.
* Develop engineers’ skills through coaching, guidance, and performance management.

* Proven networking experience and technical credibility.
* Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow into a management track.
* Mature, coachable, and capable of managing a team effectively.
* Experience with design, configuration, and deployment projects.
