Receptionist
Wills Bros Civil Engineering is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join the team on their new Project in Perth on a full time permanent basis Monday to Friday. The role will be based at our Project Office and is key to ensuring a smooth, welcoming and well organised front-of-house service for our staff, visitors and clients.
Key responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers providing a professional and courteous welcome.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage the main project email inbox.
* Manage visitor sign-in procedures, site access passes and meeting room bookings.
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and document handling.
* Assist the project team with organising meetings, catering and travel arrangements where required.
* Maintain reception and office areas in a tidy, presentable condition at all times.
Skills and experience
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative role, ideally within construction, engineering or a similar office environment.
* Strong communication skills with a confident, polite and professional telephone manner.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a busy project team.
