5. Build and maintain provider relationships in line with Council procurement requirements, signposting staff to the right programmes.
6. Review and present evaluation data - measure impact, track participation, and produce reports for stakeholders.
7. Maintain accurate records across employee and management information systems; support line management of allocated staff when required.
8. Stay current with apprenticeship funding rules, policy, standards and best practice; promote continuous professional development.
What we’re looking for:
You are a confident, highly competent professional who engages people and makes things happen. You will bring:

10. Strong organisation and planning - comfortable delivering multiple projects at pace.
11. Good digital skills - proficient in Microsoft 365.
12. Commitment to professional development (including apprenticeships for yourself) and current working knowledge of funding rules and apprenticeship standards.
