Were a fast-paced commercial general contractor seeking a Project Manager who can take the reins on projects from precon to closeout. Our typical work includes tenant improvements, office buildouts, concrete site work and exterior upgradesranging from $300k$1M.
Were looking for someone organized, forward-thinking, and proactive, with the confidence and experience to run multiple projects at once while keeping teams aligned and deliverables on track.
Responsibilities:
* Manage 35 active projects across scopes like TI, light retail, and site improvements
* Develop, update, and track project schedules
* Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trade sequencing
* Maintain quality controleverything should meet plan and spec
* Communicate consistently with field teams, clients, and internal staff
* Identify and resolve issues before they escalate
What Were Looking For:
* 5+ years of commercial construction experience
* Ability to read a full set of plans in detail
* Strong knowledge of construction documents and trade coordination
* Software skills in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Dropbox
* Experience managing jobs from start to finish
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Prior experience in the field (Superintendent or Field Engineer) is a plus
