£30,000–£32,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission & incentives (OTE £35-40k+)

An established and growing South West business is looking for a commercially driven Sales & Customer Relationship Manager to support ambitious expansion plans. This is a proactive, relationship-led sales role focused on retaining existing customers, reactivating lapsed accounts, and driving consistent new business growth.
You'll take ownership of a defined geographical area and play a key role in delivering significant year-on-year growth targets.
The Role
Manage and grow an established customer portfolio
Win back lapsed customers and secure new business opportunities
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Handle service challenges professionally
Consistently achieve monthly gross margin targets
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management
Resilient and confident handling objections and difficult conversations
Proactive mindset- comfortable generating opportunities through outbound activity
Excellent relationship-building skills
IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems
