Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a unique and varied role that combines finance/inventory control, office administration, and internal IT system development. What You Will Be Doing As the vital link in the office, your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging: * Financial & Inventory Control: Tracking, recording, and analysing inventory data using accounting principles to ensure accuracy. Creating financial and statistical reports using advanced Excel spreadsheets. * Accounts & Administration: Accurate data entry into the accounts system (purchase orders, receipting goods, passing invoices, customer invoicing/delivery notes). Providing administrative support across all areas of the business. * Cost Management & Negotiation: Managing electricity accounts, reviewing contracts, and using financial forecasting/risk analysis skills.
