We're looking for a reliable and proactive Production Team Leader to support a busy food manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone with production experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leading and supervising a team of production operatives to meet daily targets
2. Ensuring all products (including cakes) are finished and packed to a high standard
3. Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of production machinery
4. Supporting and coordinating ingredient mixing in line with recipes and procedures
5. Monitoring quality, productivity and hygiene standards across the production line
6. Training, guiding and motivating team members
7. Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment
