Role
We are looking for a General Manager for a popular pub with rooms. Salary up to £45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package. The Wellington in Brecon is part of Marston’s, one of the UK\'s largest pub chains with over 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels.

About the Pub
The Wellington hotel is based in the centre of the market town of Brecon, in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is one of the oldest buildings in Brecon with a Georgian façade overlooking the town square and the statue of the Duke of Wellington. The Wellington has 10 en-suite rooms, a function room for weddings, a patio area, bar area and restaurant. The site currently averages £22k in weekly sales with a 50/20/30 Food/Wet/Rooms mix. Please note there is no management accommodation available; this is a live-out opportunity. You will need to live within a 20-mile radius or be prepared to move. A live-out allowance of up to £7,500 is available.
