We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial and Pricing to lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies, driving commercial growth, and ensuring profitability across the organisation.

1. Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy, aligning with business goals and market trends.

3. Lead negotiations with key partners, suppliers, and clients to secure favourable terms and agreements.
4. Oversee the development and implementation of pricing models and frameworks.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to adjust strategies as needed.
6. Ensure pricing structures are competitive, profitable, and aligned with business objectives.
7. Analyse financial performance data to assess the impact of pricing and commercial strategies.
8. Provide regular reporting and insights on pricing and commercial metrics to senior management.
9. Assist with the forecasting and budgeting cycles in relation to commercial and pricing initiatives.
