Cluster Team Leader – West Heath


Location: West Heath - Birmingham
Salary: £14.22 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential

What You’ll Do

As Cluster Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our mission-leading from the front, inspiring your team, and ensuring our service users receive the compassionate, person-centred support they deserve.

You will:

1. Mentor and supervise a team of dedicated support staff

2. Coordinate schedules and daily operations with precision and care

3. Lead team meetings and contribute to individual support plans

4. Empower individuals to build independence and community connections

5. Ensure robust safeguarding, medication management, and compliance

6. Conduct audits and champion high health & safety standards

7. Provide hands-on support when needed, setting the gold standard in care

Who You Are

We’re looking for a confident, proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’re a natural motivator with a heart for social care and a mind for high-quality service delivery.

You’ll bring:

8. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it)

9. Experience in a supervisory or senior support role

10. A deep understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care

11. Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills

12. A can-do attitude and commitment to excellence

13. Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (travel between sites is required)
