Job Summary
Erewash Health Partnership are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant for the North of Erewash Primary Care Network.
The post holder will support services for our North PCN practices, based in our PCN Hub at Littlewick Medical Centre, Ilkeston. In addition to our current HCA-delivered services: NHS Health Checks, Phlebotomy, ECGs, wound care and vaccination support; we are committed to developing our staff and facilitating training to offer a greater range of services in future.
The postholder will work to support current and new North PCN-wide services to patients registered in the following practices:
Littlewick Medical Centre
Old Station Surgery
West Hallam Medical Centre
Eden Surgery
South Street Surgery
Gladstone House Surgery
The post-holder must be committed to providing the highest standards of patient care, and possess excellent team working and communication skills.

About Us
Erewash Health Partnership (EHP) was established on 1 April 2018 and is a single GP Partnership comprising of seven constituent practices. EHP employs approximately 240 people who work within the constituent practices and central team, supporting services delivered across Erewash Primary Care Network, a PCN of 11 practices serving over 100,000 patients.
Location: Primarily Littlewick Medical Centre, although the post holder may be required to work at any establishment at any time throughout the duration of their employment, normally within the location of north Erewash.

Good basic education.
Grade A-C in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
Qualified to undertake Phlebotomy.
