We’re hiring: Business Development Manager (UK & Ireland)
Hybrid role | Field-based + Head Office visits (Nantwich, Cheshire)
At Fabulosa, we don’t do dull. We’re an award-winning, fast-growing homecare brand on a mission to make cleaning feel-good — with bold fragrance, big personality, and products that fly off shelves.
And we’re growing beyond our traditional cleaning roots. We now play across homecare, laundry, paper and more — which means there’s a huge opportunity to open new doors. That’s where you come in.
The opportunity
We’re expanding into new routes to market and building growth with customers we haven’t historically served.
Think sports retail. Think pharmacy. Think garden centres. Think grocery. Think specialist and alternative retail formats.
And genuinely — we’re open to your ideas and your experience when it comes to where we go next.
We’ll also be exploring both branded and own-label supply where it makes commercial sense — so don’t worry if your background leans more heavily into one or the other. Experience in either is hugely valuable, and having exposure to both is even better.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the chase: finding opportunities, starting conversations, and turning ideas into listings.
What you’ll be doing
* Identifying and prioritising target customers and routes to market
* Opening doors and building relationships with buyers, wholesalers and key decision-makers
* Spotting category gaps where Fabulosa can win — and shaping propositions that land
* Working closely with senior sales and product teams to tailor formats, fragrances, ranges and pricing by channel
* Turning early-stage conversations into live, profitable opportunities — then scaling what works
Who we’re looking for
You might come from FMCG, retail, wholesale, field sales, category or business development — but mindset matters most.
A background in similar product categories is important (homecare, household, cleaning, laundry, paper, air care or adjacent FMCG).
And if you’ve got a strong understanding of new routes to market — or you’ve helped open and build channels outside of “traditional” retail — that’s a big plus and something we’d love you to highlight in your application.
You’ll be:
* Commercial and confident
* Comfortable starting from a blank page (and creating structure fast)
* Self-driven and organised out in the field
* Energised by building, not maintaining
* Happy working hybrid — in market with customers, and in collaboration at Head Office in Nantwich, Cheshire
What’s in it for you
* Attractive remuneration package (including car allowance)
* High visibility and real influence in a fast-moving business
* The chance to shape new channels, customers — and even product direction
* A culture that backs good ideas and moves quickly
If you want a role where you can create momentum, not just manage accounts, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply via LinkedIn or message us directly with your CV.
Closing date for applications is Friday 30th January with interview stages in early February.
