Our client who is an industry leading estate agency is looking for a permanent Property Manager to join their friendly, hardworking, and committed team in their busy office based in Gloucester.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience as a Property Manager, however our client is open to considering someone who has worked in the lettings/property industry before and looking to take their next career step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day running of a portfolio of properties
- Managing and reporting maintenance issues and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently
- Communicating with clients and tenants
- Communicating with contractors
- Chasing overdue rents
- Booking and completing property visits
- Carrying out check out visits at the end of a tenancy
- Creating a comprehensive check out report for the return of the tenant’s deposit
- Negotiating deposit disputes

Hours - Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm with a day off in the week
Salary – Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
