Main Responsibilities:
* This is a senior role working with Brokers, Account Managers, Claims and you Technical Processing colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
* Good experience in processing delegated authorities and associated reinsurances
* Working on complex accounts with brokers and external clients
* Reconcile accounts, process and debit premiums and handle closings.
* Maintain up-to-date and orderly files.
* Liaise with the internal accounts team including Brokers / Sales and other Fulfilment colleagues.
* Utilise in-house, Lloyd’s and Company market systems including Global XB, CLASS, LORS computer systems.
* Manage and undertake assigned project work to time scales as directed.
* Monitor and report on credit control.
* Helping develop junior colleagues, improving their technical capabilities and
* Help improve the overall organisational design, working with and learning about other Fulfilment colleagues’ roles, to better enhance the Client experience.
