Overview
Our Mollie\'s team are warm and welcoming and quality service focused, passionate about exceeding guest expectations and work effectively as part of a team. They need to be personable, have an acute attention to detail and have ability to work collaboratively as part of team to provide a memorable guest experience and work to the highest standards. Reporting to the Reception Manager and collaborating with the housekeeping department you will ensure that the Mollie\'s brand room standards, guest policies and operational procedures are always delivered. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, well organised, passionate about their work and have an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business; We require a minimum of one year\'s experience working as a Receptionist and you are looking to take a step up to supervisor level or you are currently in this role. Responsibilities
* Ensure Mollie\'s brand room standards, guest policies and operational procedures are delivered in collaboration with the Reception and Housekeeping teams.
* Provide warm, personable guest service and work to the highest standards to exceed guest expectations.
* Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and a memorable guest experience.
* Support the Reception Manager and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications
* Minimum of one year\'s experience working as a Receptionist and either looking to step up to supervisor level or currently in this role.
* Enthusiastic, well organised, with an eagerness to learn and build a career in hospitality.
