We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our welcoming team at Machynys Resort. In this key guest-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for our visitors, responsible for offering a warm greeting, ensuring they feel comfortable, and seating them with care and attention.
As a valued member of our waiting team, you'll take pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
* Offer knowledgeable recommendations and answer any menu-related questions confidently.
* Stay up to date with our current menu offerings and share a genuine passion for food and drink.
* Ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
* Stay calm and focused during busy periods, following clear instruction and maintaining a professional approach.
* Work proactively to uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
* A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and a naturally positive approach.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members alike.
* Strong multi-tasking abilities and a proactive mindset.

* Fluent in English with a friendly, helpful, and confident manner.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
