We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our supportive and vibrant school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher with a passion for inspiring young learners. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all pupils
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform next steps
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
* Promote positive behaviour and high expectations for learning
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through events and enrichment activities
Ideal Year 3 Teacher:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
* Be organised, reflective and committed to raising pupil achievement
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
* Be a team player with a positive and proactive approach
