Production Planner – Penrith
The Job: Based at a busy production mill in Penrith, this role involves planning and coordinating both transport and manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth customer fulfilment. The position requires strong IT skills, particularly in SAP and CRM systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced production environment. A valid driving licence is essential.

The Candidate
* Strong computer skills, including Office, SAP, and CRM systems (essential)
* Experience in transport or production planning (manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment preferred)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive approach to improving systems and processes
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance standards
* A valid UK driving licence
The Package
* Salary: £31,500 per annum
* Overtime available at 1.5x the standard rate
* Rolling 3-shift schedule:
* Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
* Week 2: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
* Week 3: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
