Job Description
· Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department
· Implementing financial strategies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
· Managing financial reporting and budgeting processes
· Leading and mentoring the finance team
· Liaising with internal and external auditors
· Providing financial advice to the executive team
· Reviewing financial processes and implementing improvements
· Assisting in the development of the organisation's strategic financial plans
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Head of Finance Operations should have:· A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
· Professional accounting qualification
· Strong leadership skills
· Excellent financial and analytical skills
· Proficiency in financial software
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
