Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Client and Business oriented
* Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
* Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
* Play an active role on the selling floor;
* Build up a loyal Clientele;
* Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities.
Operations
* Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
* Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;
* Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
* Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
* Be involved in the Stock management and Inventory;
* Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
* Maintain merchandising standards.
* Minimum 3 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts;
* Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;
* Must be customer-oriented;
* Action and Sales oriented;
* Excellent customer and service attitude;
* Strong communication skills;
* Luxury product knowledge;
* Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
