As a Service Support Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of service operations—maximising engine availability, supporting engineers, and ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely, and profitably.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead & coordinate service engineers and contractors
* Plan & schedule maintenance to meet manufacturer standards
* Support fault finding (remote & on-site)
* Drive performance across service contracts and jobs
* Manage costs while maintaining high service quality
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Keep customers satisfied with reliable, cost-effective service
What Success Looks Like
* High engine availability across all contracts
* Strong team performance and utilisation
What You Bring
* 2+ years supervisory experience
* Strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering
* Experience with gas/diesel engines
* Confident problem solver with good decision-making skills
* Full UK driving licence
Nice to Have
* Health & Safety certification (e.g. CSCS)
