About the Role
As Head of IT, you'll be responsible for setting and executing the technology strategy, aligning IT initiatives with business goals, and leading a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring the IT function is agile, secure, and future-ready.
Head of IT Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the delivery of IT services, infrastructure, and support across the organisation.
* Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, cybersecurity, and data strategy.
* Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets effectively.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Head of IT About You
* Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally as Head of IT
* Strong technical background with hands-on experience in infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in managing change and delivering complex IT projects.
