Our client is a large commercial firm with offices across the country. They have an opening in their Newcastle office for a property litigation solicitor with one years plus pqe.. You will assist the commercial property clients of the firm with their property related disputes. Ideally you will have experience in acting for national retailers, corporate occupiers and developers. You will cover areas such as dilapidations, rent arrears, business interruption, restrictive covenants and adverse possession claims.
